Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of direct SEO experience
Strong face-to-face and email communications skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Familiarity with website analytics platforms including GA4 and Google Search Console
Knowledge of factors that influence search engine rankings
Ability to think strategically to identify and define keyword opportunities for optimization
Vast knowledge of SEO software such as Moz, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or Ahrefs
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Docs
A strong passion for SEO!

All members of our MCM team meet weekly to review our financial statement, company goals, department goals and to share insights on client objectives
Plus…we like to have some fun as well in the process!
In this role, you’ll work with our SEM team to learn and apply SEO strategies and best practices
Your primary responsibilities will be to test, analyze and make changes that’ll help MCM clients rank higher on search engine results
You’ll be working on multiple client accounts, but you’ll always have the same goal: to get the client the best possible results!
Provide regular reporting to SEO team lead with key insights and recommendations
Performs regular SEO audits and addresses issues
Performs on-going website optimizations
Conduct backlink audits
Fix issues and present opportunities
Manages local business listing information and performs optimizations
Provides key insights and recommendations to team
Assists in creating new content for websites to drive additional organic search traffic
Supports SEO efforts with schema markup and other technical SEO implementation
