Job Overview
We are looking for an SEO Manager to coordinate SEO efforts, including onsite and offsite optimization and keyword expansion research. You’ll also oversee paid search campaigns to ensure their success. We are looking for an analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to this role. Your goal will be to ensure that content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase our company’s profitability.
The SEO Manager's responsibilities include working closely with the marketing team to achieve SEO objectives, measuring the success of SEO and ROI, and assisting with the maintenance of the website's architecture to ensure user-friendliness.
The ideal candidate will have strong copywriting and analytical skills, knowledge of coding techniques, and a commitment to constantly improving key skills. Ultimately, an SEO Manager should have outstanding knowledge of SEO, a passion for the industry, and time & team management skills.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute successful SEO strategies.
Manage a team of SEO Executives & Trainees.
Conduct keyword research to guide content teams.
Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes.
Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy.
Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building).
Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects.
Work with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns.
+. Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization.
Regularly perform thorough keyword research.
Identify key SEO KPIs.
Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs.
Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences.
Identify problems and deficiencies and implement solutions in a timely manner.
Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization.
Collaborate with web developers and the marketing team.
Stay current with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices.
Functional (Technical / Experiential) Skills
1. 1-2 years of proven experience as an SEO Manager, or SEM Manager, or 4-6 years of experience as an SEO Executive.
2. Working knowledge of standard and current SEO practices.
3. Working Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
4. Experience with SEO reporting.
5. Working knowledge of relevant tools and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends).
Soft / Other Skills
1. Innovative, Out-of-the-Box, Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
2. Experience working in an agile, fast-paced environment.
3. Great enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced Start-up & cross-functional culture.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education
ü Certification / Diploma in Digital Marketing tools & technologies.
ü BA / BBA Degree with specialization in Marketing Management.

ü Nature of assignments shall call for exercising one’s flexibility for stretching beyond the normal working hours as and when required.
ü Six days working per week with 11:00 am – 8:00 pm format with 01 hour of Lunch Break.
ü No provision for WFH or Remote Working Mode.
ü Candidates currently residing in Pune / PCMC shall be preferred.
