Duties
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Monitor guest consumption of ******* and adhere to responsible serving practices.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders.
Knowledge of current drink trends, menu items, and specials to enhance guest experience.
Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers.
Previous experience in food service is preferred.
Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations related to food handling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a team-oriented environment.
