Job Summary

Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.
Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests while maintaining food safety standards.
Assist with food preparation and sanitation of work areas as needed.
Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any issues that arise.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
Experience
Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Familiarity with food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
Experience with cash handling and POS systems is beneficial.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.
