Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and versatile Restaurant Server to join our team. Our unique establishment requires servers who can handle multiple responsibilities including cashier duties, table and dining area cleanliness, restroom maintenance, and supporting the dishwashing process. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a cooperative attitude towards colleagues and supervisors.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cashier duties including processing payments and handling cash transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, restrooms, and other facilities.
- Collect and rinse dirty dishes, and place them in the dishwasher.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with colleagues and supervisors.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and managers diligently.
- Foster a cooperative and positive working environment.
- Assist in any other tasks as assigned to support the overall operation of the restaurant.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
- High level of personal hygiene and professional appearance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
