Duties
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and drink orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
Ensure that all food safety standards are met during preparation and service.
Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently.
Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas throughout the shift.
Skills
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices.
Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments.
Experience in cash handling and familiarity with POS systems is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment within the food industry.
Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
Previous experience in food service is a plus but not required.
