Key Duties & Responsibilities
Provide attentive and friendly service, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued throughout their dining experience.
Take orders accurately and make recommendations from the menu, showcasing your knowledge of our offerings.
Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring all orders are correct and meet quality standards.
Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with your teammates, maintaining open communication during busy shifts to ensure seamless service.
Keep the dining area clean and organized, supporting a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and staff.
Handle guest payments and manage the cash drawer with accuracy and attention to detail.
Stay up-to-date with menu items and specials, using your expertise to enhance the guest experience.
What You Bring to the Table
Serving Experience: 1-2 years serving experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar preferred, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage guests with confidence, professionalism, and friendliness, while working collaboratively with the team.
Guest-Focused Mindset: You’re committed to creating a memorable dining experience for every guest.
Multitasking Skills: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
