Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Duties:
- Greet guests and ****** them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Enter orders into the POS system (e.g., Aloha POS) and ensure accuracy
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and clean up after guests
- Process payments using cash register or POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Adhere to all sanitation regulations and maintain a clean work area
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry preferred
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
