Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
Present menus and explain daily specials or promotions
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and drinks in a timely, courteous manner
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Handle basic transactions and operate POS system
Work closely with team members to keep service smooth and upbeat
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in the service industry is a plus, but not required, we provide training!
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic math skills for handling payments
A positive attitude, team spirit, and a willingness to learn
A genuine desire to make every guest feel valued
