Duties
Taking and accepting orders from delivery apps (ubereats and doordash) promptly and, making sure orders are handed to the right driver.
Help with preparation tasks.
Maintain cleanliness in the seating area, including clearing tables, sweeping and mopping.
Provide excellent guest services by addressing any needs or concerns promptly and courteously.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining atmosphere for all guests.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic work setting.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
