Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE is located in one of the city’s most dynamic development that includes Four Seasons Private Residences, premium grade office space, sophisticated retail, dining and entertainment.
About the role :
The Food & Beverage Server provid es exceptional quality and service to Restaurant Name guests . In this role, you will be tasked with provid ing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options ; and delivering memorable guest experiences . This role is part of the F&B Service , reporting into the Outlet manager .
What you will do:
• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs a d satisfaction ; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests .
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards
What you bring:
• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
• Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset
• Confident outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
• Minimum 1 year experiences as Server in a 5 star Luxury hotel S
