Flame & Smith is a restaurant in the heart of Prince Edward County. People like to call us a 'farm-to-table' restaurant and we're cool with that. We do love working with local farms - including our own, and we love cooking most everything over open fire.
Since opening we've had some pretty good press, but we are always looking to improve. And that's where you come in. Come work with us, come make us a better restaurant!

About the Position
We are looking to fill a couple server positions. Servers at our restaurant are extremely knowledgeable, caring, intuitive, has a strong focus and attention to detail and is passionate about customer service and teamwork. The ideal candidate will have a confident, outgoing personality and a flexible schedule.
This person should be very passionate about the craft: is someone who takes pride in giving excellent service, while working with top quality products and menus.
Responsibilities and Qualifications include:
Ideally but not required a minimum two years serving experience in a dining environment
Open availability (evenings and weekends)
Be highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Enthusiasm to take ownership of a section
Knowledge of wine and food is ideal (WSET or ISG training an asset)
Smart Serve Certified
Excellent service standards
