Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient table service
Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly
Offer menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries confidently
Ensure tables are clean, well-presented, and properly set
Handle payments and operate POS systems accurately
Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation
About You
Proven experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsible Service of ******* (RSA) certification
