Server
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience at our restaurant.
Duties
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Handle cash and process payments accurately
Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a team-oriented setting.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
