The Opportunity
Join the team at Longhorn Saloon as a Server and be part of one of Whistler’s most iconic après and nightlife venues. We’re looking for an energetic, guest-focused server who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to deliver great service from the first round to last call. The ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, and confident on the floor, with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep things fun while staying organized under pressure. What You Bring to the Table
Proven serving experience with strong table management skills in a high-volume environment.
Solid knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including beer, wine, and basic cocktails.
A positive, outgoing attitude and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Exceptional customer service standards with the ability to stay composed under pressure.
Clear, professional communication with both guests and team members.
Proficient with POS systems and comfortable handling cash/credit transactions
Strong multitasking and time-management skills in a fast-paced setting.
19+ years old with a valid Serving It Right certification.
Previous hospitality experience is an asset.
Your Days Will Look Like
Greet and engage guests warmly, providing menus and answering questions
Make thoughtful food and drink recommendations to enhance the guest experience
Take and deliver orders accurately, ensuring food and beverages are served promptly
Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready service areas throughout the shift
Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and support teams to keep service smooth and efficient
Promote and sell Après Passes and TAG experiences to guests
Process payments efficiently and accurately using POS systems, cash, or credit
Follow safety, cleanliness, and Serving It Right protocols at all times
Support teammates and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
Other duties as reasonably directed
