Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including food handling practices.
Manage time effectively to ensure all guests receive prompt service throughout their dining experience.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred
Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for processing payments accurately.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
Knowledge of food handling safety practices is a plus.
