What you’ll do
Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming guests and taking their orders with enthusiasm.
Utilize Micros POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently.
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food preparation and service.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals while maintaining high culinary standards.
Manage multiple tables effectively while demonstrating excellent time management skills.
Assist in bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining environment for all guests.
Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Basic qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash handling responsibilities.
Preferred qualifications
Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is advantageous.
Familiarity with fine dining standards and practices enhances your candidacy.
Background in hospitality or guest services will set you apart from the competition.
