Installation, configuration Network Printer/Scanner- Installation /Configuration VC /Webex Session Setup Antivirus S/W installation IE/Chrome Configuration Troubleshooting Ticketing Tool : E-helpline : Incident Service Request Handling knowledge
Resident Desktop Engineer who have direct interaction with end users Need ticketing tool knowledge and worked as per SLA
Preferably Banking and Finance project background who knows the business criticality.
