The Captain's Boil Vaughan is currently hiring part-time and full-time servers with 1-year experience. Must have a Smart serve certification, be available day or evening, weekdays and weekends. Must have customer service experience and good communication skills. Must be a team player, be efficient, have a great personality, and work in a high pace environment.

Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
Assist with food preparation as needed during peak hours.
Skills
Strong upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities.
Excellent guest service skills with a focus on hospitality.
Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
Cash handling experience is beneficial for managing payments effectively.
