We are looking for experienced servers to join our busy restaurant and dynamic team. Must have a minimum 2 years experience in fine dining, a good knowledge of wine and be passionate about great food and hospitality.
Located in a heritage building in James Bay across from Fisherman Wharf, Il Covo Trattoria offers truly authentic Italian food in a trattoria setting as well as one of the best garden patios in Victoria.
