Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve food , alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink and food orders, and offering recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible ******* service practices.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
Qualifications
Previous bartending experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
Experience in food service or the food industry is a plus.
Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders efficiently.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment.
Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
