Job Description
To prepare all dining areas for meal service.
To provide food and beverage service to members and their guests according to standards established by management.
Ensure that all dining rooms are maintained in a clean and orderly manner.
Assist in the set-up of dining rooms when requested.
Responsible for the cleanup of server areas in the kitchen and will ensure that all cleaning schedules in these areas are adhered to.
Will ensure an understanding of all menus and changes.
Will have a thorough understanding of the wines offered on the club’s wine list and be proficient in the proper service of wine.
Will participate in all training sessions organized by the Clubhouse management when requested.
Will ensure that any member complaints are reported immediately to the Manager On Duty.
Will ensure that a good working relationship is maintained with Food and Beverage staff as well as Clubhouse Maintenance staff.
Other duties as may be directed by the Manager on Duty.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
