Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Duties
Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
Assist with food preparation and basic food handling as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Experience with cashiering and handling financial transactions.
Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality standards.
Excellent hospitality skills that create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Basic math skills for processing payments and managing tabs accurately.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus.
Proficient in using POS systems for order management.
