Job Summary

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order entry and cash handling.
Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food and beverage service.
Handle cash transactions accurately while providing change to customers as necessary.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
Qualifications
Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor to enhance guest experiences.
Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing is advantageous.
Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and hospitality standards is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
