Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a server/bartender you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving food & drinks, and ensuring that our patrons have an enjoyable experience. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and responding to their needs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including washing glassware , cutlery and cleaning surfaces.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
Ensure compliance with food safety and ******* regulations.
Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management
Stay updated on menu changes to provide informed recommendations to guests.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a serving / bartending or in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Strong knowledge of bartending ,serving and food safety practices.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Certification in food handling , responsible beverage service and AGLC is preferred but not required to start but must become certified within 30 of employment,
