Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Engage with customers, providing recommendations and taking orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for order processing and payment transactions.
Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist in placing orders for bar supplies.
Ensure responsible ******* service by checking identification and adhering to local laws and regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, helping to resolve any issues that may arise.
Qualifications
Previous experience in the food industry or bartending is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures is essential.
Basic math skills are necessary for managing transactions accurately.
Strong communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
