Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar and Grill. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for quality and hospitality.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including sanitizing surfaces.
Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary.
Assist in training new staff on bar procedures and drink preparation.
Requirements
Previous experience as a bartender or in food service is preferred.
Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately with attention to detail.
Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory management.
