We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Server/Kitchen Team Members who is bilingual to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our restaurant operations, ensuring that our food and service meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work in a fast-paced environment where hospitality and teamwork are key to providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Duties
As our Team Member, your responsibilities will include:
Engaging with customers to provide excellent service and upselling menu items when appropriate.
Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
Assisting with food handling and storage to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Handling cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
Following basic math skills for portioning ingredients and managing inventory.
Experience
Ideal candidates will possess:
Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards.
Strong hospitality skills with a passion for customer service.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
