Responsibilities:
Positively Promoting the restaurant and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner
Memorizing the menu and have an understanding of the dishes and ingredients.
Attending Pre-shift meetings to stay informed of any changes in the restaurant menu or service
Shift preparation, service and closing duties
Following Serving It Right guidelines to ensure guest safety
Offering service support to any team members when needed
Qualifications:
Serving It Right
Previous experience serving in a fast-paced restaurant preferred
Passion for the food and beverage industry
Previous customer service experience an asset
