Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff in a timely manner.
Serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring that all orders are delivered correctly and promptly.
Assist guests with any inquiries or requests, providing knowledgeable recommendations on menu items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
Process payments accurately and efficiently while adhering to food safety standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene practices throughout the restaurant.
Experience
Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is an asset.
Experience in bartending or food preparation is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
