Server/Server
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible ******* service
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
Skills:
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Knowledge of food service procedures and standards
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
- Experience working in a restaurant or bar setting
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for order processing
- Knowledge of the food industry, including different types of beverages and ingredients
- Excellent hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Exceptional customer service skills to interact with patrons in a friendly and professional manner
