Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a upscale restaurant, serving steaks, Sushi, wines, and cocktails. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Ideally , you will have experience in the above type restaurant with Second languages are A+.
Duties
• Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times.
• Assist with training new staff members as needed.
Experience
Ideal candidates will possess the following skills:
• Strong cash handling skills to manage transactions effectively.
• A background in hospitality or customer service to enhance guest relations.
• Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash accurately.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety practices.
