```Duties:```
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and professionally
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience
- Answer questions about menu items, daily specials, and restaurant policies
- Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues to their satisfaction
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred but not required
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to anticipate needs and provide personalized attention
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers and management
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be at least 18 years old
