Responsibilities
• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Ensure accurate food and beverage delivery, adhering to food safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions and perform cashiering duties with precision.
• Assist in food preparation and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing excellent guest services.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Uphold high standards of customer service throughout the dining experience.

Requirements
• Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred.
• Strong understanding of food safety practices and kitchen operations.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
