Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Servers. As a Server at Steak and Company, you will be an integral part of delivering exceptional service to our guests. From warmly greeting patrons to providing menu recommendations and ensuring seamless dining experiences, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable moments for every guest.
Responsibilities:
• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner upon arrival
• Show guests to their tables and present menus
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and beverage options
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized dining environment
• Uphold high standards of service and hospitality at all times
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Flexibility to work 5 days a week across day time, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
