We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team at a dynamic establishment; We are a Korean gastropub and restaurant. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Korean speakers preferred.
• *Duties:**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and explain menu items to customers
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately
- Upsell additional products or specials to enhance the guest experience
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas
• *Skills:**
- Prior experience in a nightclub or restaurant setting preferred
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to upsell and recommend menu items effectively
- Proficiency in basic math for order taking and bill calculation
- Knowledge of food service, including food preparation and presentation
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Culinary knowledge is a plus
