Trasca & Co Eatery in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL is looking for one part-time server/waitstaff to join our 20 person team. Our ideal candidate is friendly, punctual, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
• Greeting Customers
• Helping customers select food & drinks
• Delivering food to tables
• Cleaning tables & dining room
• Making coffee & fixing alcoholic beverages
• Running side work throughout shift
Qualifications
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Able to multitask efficiently
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience as a Server, Waitress, or Waiter a plus
• Reliable, Team Player

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00/hour.
About Trasca & Co Eatery: Our History:This is the story of a secret family recipe that crosses state borders and generations. It all begins with Everetta Frasca, our owner Sara Frascas grandmother, who invented the Panino as we know it today. Little did Grandma Frasca know she had created a sandwich that would be craved across the country and become the pride and joy of Trasca & Co Eatery. Our original location opened in Colorado Springs in 1+74, but now we call beautiful Ponte Vedra Beach our home. Weve been serving up hand-crafted deliciousness ever since!What is a Panino?The Panino is the heart of our menu. Its a unique, Italian creation eaten like a rolled-up sandwich. We start with the secret family dough recipe made fresh each morning, then add the highest-quality meats, cheeses, and vegetables. We bake until perfectly golden brown and serve with our homemade sauces and sides. From the Turkey Avocado to the Spaghetti Pie, theres a Panino for everyone.Our 2026 Expansion:The story isnt over yet! In December 2026, we opened the doors to our expansion, The Ponte Vedra Tap Room. Welcome to your new favorite hangout! The PV Tap Room offers a menu of craft and local beers, wine, hard seltzers, and hot appetizers. Come visit to have a drink, watch the game, and listen to live music.
