Job Summary
As a Services Account Representative, you will be responsible to execute the delivery of high-quality service administration across several areas or functions. Ensure satisfaction of relevant stakeholders by providing high quality administrative services at agreed service level. The position is permanently based in Chakan, Pune
What you will do
Lead administration of sales opportunities based on customer information, together with Services Key Accounts Manager & Services Account Managers.
Lead communication and planning with customers for service and maintenance events, permanent solutions and mandatory re-building kits.
Lead customer enquiries, respond and channel it into the organization including technical sales.
Lead customer related master data updates and ensures accuracy to drive transactions sales and service business.
Participate with input to the preparation of the sales strategy including Services Key Account Plan by using internal and external data sources.
Participate in customer relationships from an operational perspective and transactions sales through structured communication
Participate in analysis and follow-up customer satisfaction results together with Services functions.
Participate in preparation of service contract execution and confirm resources for delivery of services and service delivery control.
We believe you have
3 to 4 years of leadership experience in administration
Strong productivity & continuous improvement focus
Demonstrated exceptional Customer Service skills
Advance Excel Skills
Proven record of process implementation, discipline and organizational agility
Strong continuous improvement focus
Demonstrated Leadership Elements : Change, Collaborate and Perform
University Bachelor in technical / business disciplines or equivalent
