About The Role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our valued customers and our technical team. Your main responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers and managing enquiries, both in person and over the phone
Converting enquiries into bookings and managing daily workshop schedules
Recording vehicle information and referencing service history
Liaising with customers throughout the service process, ensuring clear and professional communication
Issuing invoices and processing payments
Following up with customers, promoting repeat business and upselling services where appropriate
Maintaining a calm, organised approach in a fast-paced environment
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Confident, professional, and a natural communicator
Experienced in customer service (sales experience is a plus!)
Able to multitask and stay organised under pressure
Tech-savvy with strong computer and data entry skills
Familiar with the automotive industry (desirable, but not essential)
Keen to grow and learn more about the automotive world
