Our well established dealership in Bromley is looking for a Service Advisor to join its aftersales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career.
The Role:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership, providing support and guidance throughout their service experience. From scheduling appointments to coordinating vehicle repairs, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
The requirements:
• Excellent administration and organisational skills
• Hold a valid and clean UK driving licence for a minimum of 1 year
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is mandatory
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment providing exceptional customer service
The package:
Basic £31,500, OTE £53,000 + per annum
Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 6.00pm, 45 hours per week and Saturday 8.00am – 12.30pm (1 in 3, paid as additional hours)
