Company XX is owned by Autosports Group which has 55 dealerships across NSW, VIC, QLD and NZ, employing approximately 1800 staff and is a large listed retail automotive group representing the world’s greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands.
Due to growth they are looking for a Service Advisor to join the team.

Responsibilities will include:
Greeting and assisting customers for the service department and updating customers on the status of their vehicle.
Explain service options and process.
Communicate with colleagues to schedule and complete the necessary repairs.
Order parts where applicable.
Update customer database as required and complete all relevant paperwork.
Follow manufacturer and dealership warranty policies effectively and efficiently.
Effectively booking customers vehicle services in via email, phone or face-to-face.
Preparing Repair Order and Job Sheets in preparation of customer requests to be executed through the workshop for prompt invoicing.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
Prior experience as a Service Advisor will be highly regarded.
The ability to work cooperatively in a team and autonomously within a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Strong computer and literacy skills.
