The Werribee and Western Autyomotive Group are on the hunt for an experienced or trainee Service Advisor to join our customer facing service team. Located in Caroline Springs, our Service team is motivated to provide customers with the most memorable and positive vehicle service experience every time.
In this position you will:
have a drive to learn and progress in the role
have a great attitude and be a team player to ensure our customers receive a great service!
apply effective customer service and scheduling of customer vehicle drop off to pick up.
have effective communication and coordination between customers and the workshop team.
create timely and professional response to customer vehicle service queries.
have accurate administration/processing of customer vehicle services including payments
deliver a positive customer experience every time.
work well in a team environment, support others and contribute to a positive team culture.
You will be reliable and well organised, and applicants for this position must demonstrate previous success and stability in a similar dealership or customer facing role.
Applicants must be located in Australia and must be an Australian or New Zealand citizens or hold a permanent residency visa.
