We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customers with advice and guidance on our products and services, helping them to make informed decisions. The Service Advisor will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service.
Greet customers and answer their questions.
Identify customer needs and provide solutions.
Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers after service is completed.
Inspect vehicles for safety and maintenance issues.
Provide estimates for repair costs and explain the details of the repair process.
Provide customers with information about warranties, services, and products.
