A Service Advisor acts as the main point of contact between customers and the service workshop, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory service experience. The role involves greeting customers, understanding and documenting vehicle issues, explaining required repairs along with estimated costs and timelines, and preparing job cards for technicians. The Service Advisor coordinates with the workshop team to ensure timely service, keeps customers updated on the progress, and delivers the vehicle after service while clearly explaining the work completed. Additionally, they handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and work towards quick resolution, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
