Our front line staff are an integral part of our day-to-day business. Appointment Co-ordinator is responsible for being a customer facing member of the Service Team.

What you will do:
Contact and set appointments with customers based on incoming calls, outbound ‘list’ calls and response to online bookings.
Book appointments for customers who missed their appointment or who declined prior work as per lists provided.
Aid the advisors in following up customers within 24 hours of the service or repair to elicit a TSR survey response.
Keep the appointments up to date within the DMS.
Receive payment from customers for service invoices or parts invoices using the payment options established by dealership management and based on company policy.
Keep current on all new technical bulletins and open recall campaigns.
Other duties as assigned by management.

What We Look For:
3-5 years experience
Excellent time and people management skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Able to work well with a team.

Pay:
$18.00 per hour
