Job Description
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time Operations Assistant (we call them Service Assistants) to join our dedicated team at TIMG. Based at our Cavan site, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and delivering excellent customer service.
You will:
Liaise with clients in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain strong written and verbal communication with clients, internal and external stakeholders, and team members
Perform data entry and reporting tasks
Answer and action all inbound calls
Answer and action all assigned correspondence
Use and understand daily systems to assign and complete tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
Being comfortable lifting up to 16kg
Picking and packing as required
