Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly as they arrive.
Assist customers with menu recommendations and provide information on the restaurant's offerings.
Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring all orders are correct and as per customer preferences.
Maintaining Cleanliness:
Ensure tables, chairs, and the overall dining area are clean and well-organized.
Clean and reset tables after customers leave.
Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and presentable by ensuring utensils, glassware, and serving stations are organized.
Order Management:
Ensure that food and beverages are delivered in a timely manner and to the right table.
Manage and assist in food delivery and customer orders as per the restaurant's process.
Customer Interaction:
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience.
Address customer queries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
Teamwork:
Collaborate with other service staff and kitchen crew to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Assist in the overall daily operations of the café as required.
Other Duties:
Support in the opening and closing duties.
Assist in the preparation area when required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
