Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Service Co-ordinator to support our service operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily service activities, coordinating with internal service and engineering teams and external customers, and ensuring smooth communication across all levels and align engineers for complaints. A strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Service Coordination.
• Manage and support service operations on a daily basis.
• Follow up with service teams for updates and ensure task completion.
• Maintain service documentation and reports.
• Ensure timely response to client inquiries, complaints and service requests.
• Assign daily tasks to relevant engineers and ensure accountability.
• Monitor progress of tasks throughout the day.
• Vendor & OEM Coordination.
• Coordination with vendors, OEMs, and suppliers for procurement and service requirements.
• Follow up on deliveries, service support, and payment schedules. Strong follow-up on payment collection.
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams to address customer concerns.
• Maintain good relationships with all customers.
• Use Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in handling coordination roles in sales and service operations is preferred.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools or ERP software is a plus.
Working Days & Hours:
• Monday to Saturday
• 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (or as per company policy)
Salary:
• Between 3 lacs to 5 lacs.
