Ø Service coordinator should have strong communication skills
Ø Work as mediator between customer and engineer.
Ø Responding customer calls on phone and via Email
Ø Give daily planning to engineer.
Ø Take daily follow up of engineer & client to fulfill their requirements.
Ø Fill attendance of engineer.
Ø Make MIS, Monthly service engineer performance.
Ø Developing and maintain customer relationship.
