About the role:
Join us in shaping the future of the Retail Industry! You will be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience, engaging with multiple teams to provide solutions to business area problems. Your influencing and advisory skills will be invaluable as you navigate complex challenges and contribute to impactful decisions. Responsibilities include:
Develop and execute comprehensive project management activities
Define project scope in collaboration with key stakeholders
Assist in articulating the 'why, what, and how' of the solution, emphasizing its value through impactful storytelling.
Assist and guide solution architects through their approach that includes an overall solution plan, cost estimates, staffing plan, delivery location strategy, and roadmap through standard process methods and the appropriate collection of offerings.
Manage project milestones and dependencies effectively
Support the management of financial, contractual and operational commitments
Monitor delivery performance and quality through metrics and status reporting
Identify and mitigate risks as outlined in the project plan
Collaborate with pre sales teams to originate opportunities and increase qualified pipeline. Support the offering activation strategy and confirming strategic alignment between Accenture and strategic partners.
Develop and align field engagement with Alliance Partners framing the unique value proposition for the offering in combination with Accenture professional services; develop strong relationship with Alliance Partner executives to identify accounts to approach jointly.
Skills and Qualifications:
Expert proficiency in the Retail Industry
Expert proficiency in Program and Project Management
A minimum of 12 years experience in relevant related skills
Bachelors degree in relevant field of studies
Advanced proficiency stakeholder management
Additionally it is favourable if you have:
Advanced proficiency in change management
Expert proficiency in risk management
Master proficiency in strategic planning
Intermediate proficiency in budget management
